La gente debe poder desplazarse con fluidez y en la forma más directa posible entre dos puntos de la ciudad en particular y del partido de La Plata en general, sin tener que someterse a tortuosos recorridos. El transporte debe ser un eficiente servicio público.
People must be able to travel fluently and as direct as possible between two points of the city and between two points of the county, without suffer tortous runs. Transport service must be an eficient public utility.

About Tourism
El turismo debe sustentarse en la consolidación y expansión de la oferta cultural de La Plata y en la precisa coordinación de todos los medios privados y oficiales que lo hagan posible. A la ciudad le importará no sólo que el visitante venga sino que desee volver, y que su buen recuerdo genere otros turistas.
Tourism must be sustented on the consolidation and expansion of the cultural offer of La Plata and on the precisely coordination of the whole private and official facilities that can make it possible. City must be interested not only to receive visitors but on the return of them and that their good memories promote more tourists.

Prevención de Inundaciones por Gran Bombeo - Proyecto PGB (en español)
Las inundaciones en la Provincia de Buenos Aires, que superan en cada oportunidad los 1.500 millones de dólares de pérdidas, golpean física y moralmente a centenares de miles de ciudadanos con la destrucción de los medios de producción agropecuaria e industrial, de transportes y de vivienda que requieren años de recuperación.
Frente a calamidad que se reitera con tal magnitud, no son suficientes las obras tradicionales. Es preciso desafiar la imaginación e impulsar muy grandes obras de tamaño y costo compatibles con la enormidad del siniestro. Tal el objetivo del Proyecto PGB.

The Buenos Aires province floods, with more than 1500 millions U.S. dolars losses, strike physically and morally to hundreds of thousands of citizens with the destruction of the ways of farming, industry, transport and buildings which will require years for recovering.
Facing such an enormous repeating calamity traditional solutions are not enough. Imagination must be challenged and impel very great works with size and cost compatible with the trmendous dimension of the sinister. This is the objetive of GPP Project. 		El gigantismo de Buenos Aires

El crecimiento desmesurado de Buenos Aires en relación con el resto del país conforma un centralismo macrocefálico que se realimenta sin fin. Es preciso proponer pautas que reviertan esta tendencia que entorpece el desarrollo argentino.
The enormous growing of Buenos Aires in relationship with the rest of the country makes a heavy central way of goverment which re-feeds with no end. It's needed to propose ideas to reverse this tendency that obstructs the argentine development.

Chile y Argentina tienen una frontera común de 4.000 km. sobre la Cordillera de Los Andes. Ambos países pueden generar un enorme potencial utilizando sus dos mares con enlaces transversales viales, aéreos, energéticos, satelitales e informáticos en beneficio de todas sus actividades, económicas, científicas y culturales.
Chile and Argentina have a common border of 4000 km. along The Andes Mountains. Both countries may generate a very big potentiality using their two seas with transverse road, air, energy, satelite and computer connections to benefit all their economy, cience and culture activities.
